In the Democratic caucus meeting yesterday, estimates from Dem Congressmen who were there vary from 20 to 40 the number of democrats who are FOR impeachment of Trump.  There are 435 US Representatives, so either way, its less than 10%, within the margin for the lunatic fringe.  Its mostly the ones on the Judiciary Committee under Nadler, who Trump has been giving the finger to every chance he gets.  Nadler still wants to impeach, Pelosi and other senior Dem Reps say NO.  With only about 15-25% of Dems onboard, Pelosi made the right call.  Without a clear majority, its political suicide for the Dems.
