I get hundreds of hits on google with republican sites referring to Kerry's Senate voting record. None of these are referenced or accredited. Do any of you check what the other guy is saying? It doesn't matter if the book you read is "well-footnoted" as all of you say, when you never read the footnotes.
I think Zell Miller nailed it down last night pretty well. He voted against every defense measure that now represents our current weaponry. He voted to cut the intelligence budget, while missing most of the committee's meetings. He opposed everything Reagan did to win the cold war. He has been wrong in virtually every major issue to come before the Senate in his too long career.
In your research, did you find anything positive about Hanoi John's lackluster and anti defense career? I doubt it, if it were there, wouldn't Hanoi be stumping it rather than hiding it? But don't worry, his record will be revealed for all to see, and make up their own minds who will lead this country. That must just terrify the radical left.
BTW, so far so good, Kerry is gaining momentum in his march to defeat in November. Say hi to sdstud and keep up the good work.
But I demand first to be enlightened by buttheads making the accusation. As it is, if I do a search on google of "Kerry's Senate Voting Record" all I get is thousands of pages of conservatives echoing this phrase over and over, all of it parroted from some other Beavis or Butthead, all of it unchecked and unattributed.
I guess their original source was well-footnoted, as yours obviously is. I'll never know. Conservatives have created a liars paradise.

First Zell Miller is a idiot racist Dixiecrat in the tradition of Lester Maddox, Strom Thurmond, Jesse Helms, that hates anything Northeast, including Dems from his own party. Remember When Kerry voted against those systems Cheney was the Defense Sec. and was down sizing the military. Believing Zig Zag Zell for information is like believing a drunken homeless man for direction. And remember Bush does not have a voting record, he was one term governor of a state with a part time legislature and never had to vote on anything., he's an blank slate.
And still no mention of the "stellar" Senate career of Hanoi John?

but as of yet, he hasn't since he cant. all one has to do is go to the congressional record to wade through a whole bunch of nothing to see that Kerry hasn't had a record other than politial grandstanding in the senate.
