I’m w/Bernie on this!  Tax cuts for Trump and friends vs. funding Preschool, infrastructure, CHIP (100+ years), Puerto Rico

Then on Saturday, Sanders poked fun at reports that Trump had told friends during a Mar-a-Lago dinner in Florida on Friday night that, “You all just got a lot richer.” (I wasn’t at the dinner, but I’m betting Bernie ain’t makin this up).
It’s interesting how many leaks come outta Trump and Team: It ain’t Omirosa - she’s gone. Could it be Melania!?  Just curious

With personal exemptions gone, deductions for state income taxes gone, property tax deduction fixed at $10,000 it is a tax increase for most upper middle class families of 4 who own a house and have 2 kids in college.

The next Congress may not be able to repeal the law but they should at least put back personal exemptions, deductions for state incomes taxes and remove $10,000 limit for property deduction.

If not, we will be seeing a big housing market bust like we saw in 2007.

North Carolina Republican Rep. Robert Pittenger exposes the tax scam bill.
The video included in this article should be used daily against Trump's GOP.
I am sure we will see a lot of commericals starring this clown next year too.

It is not for corporations.    Corporations can still deduct the state income taxes and property taxes without any limit.   Now that is discrimination.

For the vast majority of people the the tax increase will be fairly low, for those above $200 k in income perhaps a little higher, for those extremely wealthy in CA or other high state income tax states like MN, OR, HI, IA it could be more significant - so I would bet any impact on housing would be limited to the very expensive homes in these states.  For those without a strong attachment to their high tax state a move toward a low tax state might be in order - so perhaps there would be support for housing values there.
