Everyone is our enemy. He has a tendency to make up his own news and with a guy like trump, who follows fox news, I can see trump falling for it. Mattis is more of a "level headed" thinker, what's my entrance and exit strategy. Mattis will try to control the narrative with trump which will piss off Bolton. In a nutshell that's why they're headed for a collision course.
