Tea Party Republicans loved to criticize Obama for using a Teleprompter, but at least he knew how to express himself without sounding like he was simply regurgitating text from by a speech writer nor going off on out-of-the-blue tangents.

First, Trump drops the agreement and blames the wind.  Then, 79 year old Donny Dotard says the agreement was between the U.S. and the entire European Union, not the UK.
