but in the meantime the market is still searching for a bottom, and is nowhere near finding it yet. My advice to people who didn't get caught up in the sell off and have some "dry powder" is to wait until we have more visibility and then take advantage of the bargains.

 
I just watched oil drop all the way to $20 bbl today, I KNOW it can't stay at these levels, and I am searching for bargains each and every day.

I think the market will begin to settle when the infection rate curve begins to bend downward, which, if the social isolation works as expected, should begin to be evident in the next five to 10 days.

the DAILY number of new cases in various cities.  They have been trending up this week, but LA looks like its leveling off.  When I start to see the number of new cases reported trending down for several days in a row, I'm jumping back in.  I started selling off when the Dow hit 27,000, and was completely liquid by the time it hit 28,000, so as GaG says, I'm reading to come ROARING back.  

 
I'm also still investing in pussy at least three days a week.  I'm always long on pussy,  never go short.  Lol

They've increased testing now with the greater availability of test kits.  So they expect a spike in detected cases.  But the social distance stuff should start to slow the spread and that should start to show up in 5-10 days, the  "incubation time."

The DOW has settled around 22,000 for the last five days.  

The USA case rate curve has been bending down for a week.
