Angela Merkel and Valdimir Putin were confronted by a topless woman who charged at them.  Merkel sought protection from her security while Putin stood his ground, leered at the topless woman and even gave her two thumbs up.

Maybe this was staged to make Putin look tough like his other ridiculous stunts.  But then again, Pooty Poot is a black belt in judo and surely had the confidence that he could take the demonstrator.

I wonder how American pols would react to this situation.  Bill Clinton would try to cop a feel (Hillary would too according to the rumors).  Liberals would try to raise taxes to buy her clothes while the GOP thumpers would take their jackets off and try to cover up the offensive nudity.  And of course, GOP chicken hawks would dive for cover under the nearest table.
