My hope is that after the elections and the Dem take the WH and the House that there will be an oversight committee to investigate the Treasury Dept for accountability. And those that abused the funds will be forced to pay back all or the amount that can't be properly accounted for. Heads will need to roll.

How could this have any semblance of logic? Every president and all of his/her cabinet members, work for the American people. How could they work so hard to obstruct accountability? We will find out who got what unless they destroy records - that will be something! We will find most of that money was used trump shell companies to pay his debt to domestic and Russian lenders. The sad thing is that Trump will by then be in asylum in Russia or Saudi fucking Arabia!!!!
