They feel that because she is a woman she might be like Nancy Pelosi.  I understand now and it makes perfect sense.

natural gas is not a fossil fuel - or that when given a secret message for an enemy - to make it public is a good idea... nope - no one is that stupid....

but hey - then again - there's Nancy...

Oh my.  It sounds like there is something for me to be learned here.  I was previously under the impression that natural gas is the result of decomposing animals that existed millions of years ago, have died and now exist under layers of sediment.

This sounds like a fossil fuel to me.  Can you please explain why it is not.

Thanks.

Nah . . we're just intimidated by how good she'll look at state funerals and standing behind President McCain nodding her head.

That, by the way, would be the sum total of her responsibilities as they match her capabilities.

Didn't he do more than just go to funerals? Didn't he invent a Doomsday Device to kill many good folks so that he could go to even more funerals? And as a nice feature, make a burzillion bucks? I believe he did.

By himself, I would not mind McCain as the country's leader.  He's not my first choice, but I have little objection to him.  I do not believe Palin and I share views on any of the issues mentioned here http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/issues/ except for maybe Afghanastan.

I fear that she would be as Cheney is to Bush.

is as strong a personality as the Darth Vader of politics? I am surprised that the deciding factor in your voting for POTUS is his choice for VP, and even more surprised that you reject her on her potential to influence McCain, not her relative inexperience.
