...the campaign he vowed to never settle.  Another Trump lie - an innocent man doesn't shell out $25 million if he thinks he did nothing wrong.  He would stand fast and fight the case all the way.  The plaintiffs will receive anywhere from 60% to 90% of their money.  Usually, class action litigants are lucky if they get 10 cents on the dollar.  That's another indication that Trump thought he would lose the lawsuit.

So, it was never a final settlement.
