RBBR = Reprehensible Behavior By Republicans.  In these daily threads, we’ll recall cases of reprehensible behavior by Republicans, with no time limit.  This series is dedicated to LostSon, who believes that reprehensible behavior needs to be highlighted on this board no matter how long ago it occurred.  

 
However, to put some kind of reasonable limit on posts for this series, I think it should be only about Republicans who are still alive, and either still hold office or may seek office in the future. That still provides lots of material.  

 
To begin, let’s recall the reprehensible behavior by former President who lied about his physical condition to dodge the draft.  As if that wasn’t reprehensible enough, he later insulted Americans who had served with honor, in some cases giving their lives, in the same war he lied to avoid serving in.
