Certainly seems that way of late, an instant disqualifier for a Presidential candidate.

When people on both sides of the aisle are questioning his sanity, and no longer merely his competency, there is no chance he can get to 50.1% of the vote (or whatever the electoral college majority equivalency would be).

PS: I read Jack's article and disagree that it was the fault of the Republican establishment that Trump won the nomination.  He won it because he tapped into something very real in this country: a huge amount of anger, ignorance and racism.  And he milked it.  I guess Reince Preibus must be in hiding.

He is just a loose cannon with anger management, narcissistic tendencies who has an adverse relationship with the truth. Not exactly great qualities for POTUS.

from day one, when they saw enough erratic shit out of Trump, I don think he would be the nominee but they gave cover to all the anger and allowed it to metastasize, imo.
