As for jobs for Blacks, Obama never promised that.  In fact he never promised to do ANYTHING specifically for Blacks.  You could have checked that before writing what is basically a lie, but didn't even care.
As for cutting spending, Obama inherited the worst economy since the Great Depression.  If he had not stimulated the economy we'd now be in economic nuclear winter and you'd personally probably be out of work.  You ought to thank him.
Improve the world's respect for the US, in fact he has.  I don't know what you're reading but it's probably Faux News propaganda.  The world actually supports and respects our helping with Libya and letting the Brits and French take the lead.  The only ones who strongly disagree are the Russians, Venezuelans and North Koreans.  I guess you prefer them to everyone else, which is quite telling. Try moving to one of those countries and see how happy you are.
As for health care, he made the biggest change  in history.  The CBO says it will cut health care costs by billions.  The worst any rational person can say is that the jury's out because the main provisions haven't taken effect yet.
As for the rest, he's only been in office for a bit more than a two years.
