Such people wouldn’t be able to name any other President much less know anything about their Presidencies. How does the Grant administration compare to the Johnson administration? How does the Hoover administration compare to the Buchanan administration? If you’d get nothing but blank stares from such a person then maybe they shouldn’t be commenting about history.
The problem with Buchanan wasn't corruption but that he did zero to stop the impending Civil War because he was simply weak. Hoover, however, WAS corrupt because Teapot Dome happened on his watch. Grant wasn't personally corrupt at all. His administration was rife with corruption because he was trusting and naive but he didn't personally benefit from any of it. This is another case of Wanker knowing just enough to confuse himself.
The point is that anyone who says whatever current President is the worst President ever often is someone who’s not knowledgable enough about history to know. I do think that Biden will go down as one of the least good Presidents, but even within recent memory, Dubya and Carter were both worse. Sure Biden shouldn’t have put trannys in the military, but at least planes didn’t fly into buildings on his watch. Sure Biden fucked up the Afghanistan withdrawal, but at least he didn’t invade the wrong country. Sure inflation was horrible under Biden, but it was worse under Carter.

You’re probably too young to remember people saying Obama was the worst President in history and Dubya was the worst President in history and Clinton was the worst President in history and on and on and on. Well let's see, Obama's tenure ended in 2017. Unless I was like 5 years old then, I'm not sure "too young to remember" applies here either.
