Looks like the Wisconsin Republicans are up shit's creek without a paddle. Any official in the Walker administration who tries to implement the union busting law will risk sanctions from the court.

I guess the Wisconsin GOP thinks that teachers are over paid, but US Congressmen are under paid. Wow.

what if we made it a law that Congressmen can't have any pay that is twice as much as the median salary of their constituents? That alone, might solve most of our economic problems.

...and if he acts on it, then he may be seeing some people in his administration in jail.

But the news ain't all bad Snow. Ohio finally got their anti-union bill passed today. Of course, Ohio voters can block the vote from taking effect by collecting enough signatures, in which case, the decision will be made by the voters in the next election. Wanna take bets on how that will turn out?

But like I said...the news really ain't all that bad. Maine's governor is trying to reform labor laws so that children can be paid below the minimum wage.

If he does not like his pay, I would be happy to take his place.
I used to live in Wisconsin 7th CD.  I would bet 99.9% of the residents in Wisconsin 7th do not earn half the salary that Congressman Duffy makes.

The executive branch is exempt from the ruling and will start implementing it...
