spend the next year splicing, cutting, editing and creating mock sets and staged interviews that would have 30% of the viewing public believing that he (Moore) actually escaped from the ticket and Kerry was a demonic figurehead controlled by the trilateral commission, luminati AND the 34th degree freemasons.  I bet he would even have film of Kerry dipping his hand in a virgin's blood just before the secret handshake.  I can see it now, Ross Perot, both Bushes, Greenspan, Hillary, Kerry, Nelson Mandela and of course, some Bilderbergers and Warburgs all naked, holding hands and dancing around the secret fire chanting "New World Order".  Then, as he pans to a shadowy figure in the corner, we see TED KENNEDY PASSED OUT WITH MARKINGS ON HIS FACE!!  Secret markings??  No, Bush Jr. just took advantage of the passed out baffoon with a black marker and was latter scolded, even though Greenspan cuts the tense air with a chuckle and says, "Ya know, it is kinda funny though".

Bush's tax cuts were explained as "We have a budget surplus, it's your money, you should have it."

When is Bush going to tell the richest 257,000( who received more refund money than the poorest 80% of taxpayers) "Its your money, we now have a huge deficit, and you have to help pay this debt off, not expect your kids and grandchildren to pay it off."

First, why don't you read a little history. The modern Democratic party has little if anything in common with FDR or JFK.

Case in point, JFK believed the best way to stimulate the economy was to cut taxes, AND THAT IS WHAT HE DID!! When is the last time someone in the modern liberal democratic party took that stance!! This party has deviated so far from JFK/FDR it is just pathetic. They use to say that the Democratic party was the party of the working man. Well, not it is the party of the man who doesn't want to work!!

BTW, I've seen the argument about the rebates and they are garbage. How the HELL can you give a refund to someone who doesn't pay income tax!! Even if they pay during the year, they get it all back at the end of the year. As a matter of fact, with the earned income tax credit, some people get back MORE than they payed...

Snowman, there's no reason to apologize for equating Communists with Nazis, since their ideologies (not just their tactics) were very similar.  Recall, after all, that "Nazi" was shorthand for "National SOCIALIST," which places the Nazis much closer on the political spectrum to Communists (who were themselves practitioners of a more extreme form of socialism) than to the Conservatives who are frequently slandered with the charge.

And which party is it in America which advocates greater government control?

In the Soviet Union, the religion of the Soviet Politburo was "Government"!  That cannot be contested, it was their manifesto.  During their reign of tyranny, they attempted to destroy, murder or imprison anyone who espoused any other religion, Christian, Judaism, Islam, etc.

Liberals in America have the same religion and agenda.  The same fervor to extinguish all other faiths, with the current exception of Islam.  (Islam is protected and supported by the left)  Teresa Heinz and George Soro's are huge contributors to the Council for American-Islamic Relations and The Democratic Justice Fund which seeks to ease restrictions on Muslim immigration from "terrorist" states and has close ties to Hammas.

The most pressing issue of the ACLU (the legal arm of the DNC) is removing a small Christian Cross from the seal of the County of Los Angeles.  A city founded by Christian Missionaries.  They take no exception with the largest symbol on the seal which is a depiction of the Roman, pagan goddess, Pomona.  I is apparent that the ACLU and the DNC share the Politburo's agenda against competing "faiths!"

I could go on forever, its just so damn obvious.

And we still don't come close to paying for all the things we need to...

BTW- Back when I was a republican, balancing the budget was seen as a necessity.  It made us more repsonsible than the Dems.

This may shock you, but, not ALL Democrats would call themselves Liberals, and not ALL Liberals would say they FULLY support the ACLU on EVERY action they take. (You might be saying that too with your "left of the left" comment, but I wasn't sure.)

I would never accuse all Dems of being Liberals, but I would accuse the DNC of patronizing every "group" they can find.  Do you really think they take Barney Fwank seriouswey?  I think they have hurt the cause of some groups in many ways by propping up idiots and radicals like Jesse Jackson and Louis Farrakan (sp?)  Isn't he the one that called ALL whites "devils"?  Personally, I think the more people ignored Reverend Jackson, the less he would speak and the better off everyone would be.  I'd like to hear much more of what Bill Cosby is saying.  Why? Can you name a leading liberal who is not an atheist?  Or at the very least a nihilist, i.e. John Kerry?  Or one that has spoken even remotely harshly to the issue of fundamental Islam?
