It seems the Biden/Harris administration has been diverting emergency funds from FEMA reserves to pay for illegals, and that is why the response to Georgia and NC have been so slow.  They are running out of money.  As the executive branch, it's not illegal, just incredibly incompetent management.  Watch the polls shift dramatically in GA and NC as parents can't get food, water or temporary housing for their families after their homes were destroyed.  Another example of how poor leadership has fucked over the American people.  

That money is coming from somewhere. It ain’t coming out of the defense budget, that’s going to Ukraine.
