Got an e-mail from an old military buddy about a sniper in Afghanistan, a FEMALE sniper. She is a 19 year old, Sgt, ex-cheerleader, asssigned to the USAF Security Forces in Afghanistan. I didn't know the USAF had snipers. My bad. Anyway, she was watching a road near a US military facility, when she observed a man burying an IED alongside the road. A patrol was expected to travel that road in the next few hours, and the Taliban would be waiting to remotely explode the IED. As the terrorists was bending over, burying the bomb, she shot him, at a distance of 725 yards. The bullet went straight up his butthole, came out the front, and exploded the bomb. She said the last thing out of his mouth was.......his ass. Gotta love the new women in uniform.

but a reporter asked a Marine what he felt when he shot the terrorist.

"A slight recoil." he replied.

The only unfortunate part is that he probably didn't feel a thing. At least, not for long.
