The Center for American Rights appears to be an arm of The Federalist Society.

So it's a bunch of right-wing Stooges. Anybody can file any kind of complaint with the FCC, so good luck with that. Aside from this filing, their current agenda seems to be a suit "representing Thoroughbred horse owners and trainers." They should do better with that one.
