If Obama hadn't lied Obamacare into existence we might be discussing something totally different.  So, his lies were worse.  What you consider "Trump's lies", and even the existence of Trump as President, are likely a result of the failure of Obama's ACA.  Oh yea, and Putin.

1- ACA wasn't passed based on "keep your doctor."  It was passed on "everyone should have insurance"
2- Maybe Trump will surprise us and keep his MAJOR campaign promise of "everyone gets Great insurance coverage," but, I doubt it.  He's already backing P.Ryan's plan of "access for all"
3- I agree and understand that Trump is president!  Just call him Illigitimate President
4- it's well settled by 17 (all) U.S. intelligence agencies that Putin meddled in our election.  If you don't wanna believe that, then ask L.Graham, J.McCain etc.
5- ACA didn't cost Hillary the election!  It was Trump's "promises" which gullible low information uneducated rust belt states people "bought."  Interestingly, many of these people have ACA and (somehow) think TrumpCare will be even better.  Sorry guys, shit happens - you don't really need no stinking healthcare!  These same guys are expecting Trump to bring their coal mining and mfg jobs back - that ain't gonna happen either - sorry guys - 0 for 2
