Mayor Bowser asked the Biden administration for Guard help with the migrant busloads over a month ago and were turned down.  The residents of Martha’s Vineyard are burdened with just 50 migrants and within less than 48 hours the Massachusetts NG arrived and shipped them off the island, now they are being held at Joint Base Cape Cod.

The refugees, who were likely illegally flown to Martha's Vineyard from Texas, were moved from a small church on the island to the military base on the mainland to better care for their needs. The joint base is well equipped to serve their needs for food, shelter, plus legal and social services. Don't you dare speak about tolerance or humanity when you are gleeful about treating these asylum seekers like livestock.  

…so the poor dignified population of Martha’s Vineyard doesn’t have to smell the poor coming off of them. How many of these people in MV who preach about love and tolerance invited these people into their homes? Fed them and clothed them. Was it none? Tolerance sounds nice when you’re not the one paying the costs. Well, we’re going to fix that. Call it equality.

The governor of Massachusetts - a principled republican - moved them to an emergency shelter that was equipped to serve their needs. It is the responsibility of the government, not private homeowners, to shelter and care for refugees. The refugees are not "illegals" - they are legally seeking asylum and waiting for their immigration court hearings. Refugees reported they were lured into boarding the flight in Texas with deceptive promises of jobs, free housing, and expedited immigration processing. They were lied to just like you're lying to us in your post. The hypocrisy and mendacity is all yours.

Migrants are not "flooding in" because of the left. They are flooding in from Venezuela and Central American because of crime, violence, deplorable living conditions, and authoritarian governments. Fixing our broken immigration system includes not only a permanent legislative solution but also deporting criminal illegals and securing our borders. We need to stop fighting over migration and start fixing our system. That means working together as Americans to solve the problem rather than blaming the other political party. Tell your senators and congressmen to get together in a bipartisan manner and fix it.

Fixing our broken immigration system requires Congress to act. Congress is too dysfunction and too hyperpartisan to act in a bipartisan way needed to address the problem. As citizens and voters the American public must elect leaders who will take action to intelligently fix our immigration system. And the societal problems and violence in the countries in South and Central American has gotten worse in the last few years because of the pandemic and increasingly more authoritarian governments.

This investigation will get some Dems just as excited as they were for the Mueller investigation, and then disappoint them again when the results are released.

No one was disappointed by the results of the Mueller investigation. After all it reported in Part 1 that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election in favor of trump and that the trump campaign had numerous contacts with Russian intelligence officials and cutouts. And in Part 2 the report documented several examples of obstruction of justice by trump in trying to stop the investigation.  We were appalled by the deceptive spin and misrepresentations of the results by trump and Barr.
