be for the deaths of Americans, but the way this is developing, based on my own Military background, I don't see a way to avoid American deaths the way Biden is conducting this retreat.  Look throughout history and you will find examples of losing forces suffering massive casualties during a retreat.  Victors are often not very kind to the vanquished.  You have an interest in history like I do, check it out.  Its easier to kill people when they are running away than when they stand and fight.
