No Administration is perfect. Every Administration does some good things, some bad things, and suffers some screw ups. Long time posters here are aware that I have a very low opinion of Dubya’s administration, and he’s in the top 3 of worst Presidents in my estimation, but he did at least some good. Like establish the national Do Not Call list that made telemarketers a bit less irritating. Biden fucked up endlessly, but he did a lot to bring back chip manufacturing to the United States.
I think the 2nd Trump administration so far has done an excellent job, but the release of the Epstein Files was a complete clusterfuck of idiocy and incompetence. Or was it?
What we know about Epstein, other than his crimes, is that he was close not just with politicians, the wealthy, royalty and celebrities, but also scientists and academics. The question is why? Regardless of whether you’re liberal or conservative, it’s worth watching this interview from Eric Weinstein who recounted his one meeting with Epstein. He didn’t know about his crimes at the time, but found him to be an utterly appalling human being, but more than that, he found him to be fake. As if he was just playing a character.
Honeypots have long been utilized by intelligence agencies in order to blackmail people into giving them information. Epstein had a painting of Bill Clinton wearing a blue dress in his home. Was this a celebration of his greatest accomplishment? And perhaps a better question is was Monica Lewinsky an intelligence asset?
I know a lot of people on the left don’t have a high opinion of Matt Gaetz, but he said something interesting in an interview a while back, that perhaps Epstein was indeed murdered, by agents of a foreign government. And it’s long been suspected that Epstein worked for a foreign intelligence agency. So what foreign government might that be?
The Trump administration has been very proactive with cutting off all foreign aid. But there’s one country that’s an exception to this. One country is still getting billions in foreign aid. Any guess to which country this might be?
So if a foreign country was shown to have blackmailed a former President of the United States, and then engaged in a sex trafficking ring to abuse underaged people and blackmail US scientists, corporate executives, celebrities and politicians, wouldn’t the question be if this amounted to an act of war?
Was the release of the Epstein files incompetence? Or a cover up?
