Gov Palin's husband apparently plays an active role in Alaskan state gov't on behalf of Gov Palin. This role is not played without question as to it's absolute propriety, however, by the usual liberal/left whiners and carpers and nit-pickers and double-standarizers. He's Hilary Clinton with pants, fishing nets and drill bits. Oh, wait, Senator Clinton has been known to wear pants in the past.

Well, I'd guess that the Gov's husband is only trying to be a thoroghly modern political helpmate to his spouse, and I really can't view most of this with all that much alarm or ire.  Still, I'd be interested to see how the subopena thing works out.  Hope that's not misconstrued as leftist/liberal hatred.

I persoannly an glad that Palin's husband Todd chips in when and where he can -- he's  got some Native American ancestry [how important that is to him remains unknown] and i hope he will use his influnce, if it comes to that, to work on behalf of the Native American groups in the US {America's own Pallys, as I like to think of them] especailly those not lucky enough to be hooked in to Abramoff and gaming rights.
