Once again, this is evidence of the very reason a nation should go to war.

I am beginning to believe that you all ARE actually  the same person with dozens of different handles.

Can you explain what the hell you mean please?

You must know by now that this stuff is happening BECAUSE we went to war, right? You know that, right?

we had never invaded Iraq, then nothing bad would ever have happened to anyone in Iraq.

If only we would completely pull out of Iraq, then nothing bad will ever happen again in Iraq.

If only we would recall all of the U.S. military from all places overseas and we quit being the imperialistic bullies, then everyone would would live in harmony all around the world.

There's no war that will put a stop to terrorism, since terrorism is a strategy.

For the war we've uncorked in Iraq, Scriptfixer is right, this is the price of what we've done. Though it seems to be just random violence.  Probably from adolescents reacting to the violence around them.

Your crowd has been wrong about their assessment EVERY step of the way! Based on your track record I am inclined to believe that if you think pulling out of Iraq would be bad for the Iraqi people and us...you are probably wrong like you have been on everything else you guys have told us was going to happen!

You really expect us to continue believing your bullshit?

1) Have any of you ever been to the Middle East?
2) Do any of you have any kind of a degree in Mid-East Studies, that included living and studying there?  (not just learning what some professor told you was the truth)
3) If you want to read about it get books from both sides.  There are several good ones.

One thing to think about, we defeated Germany in 1945, but when did we really relinquish control of their country back to them?  Starting from scratch, educations systems (not Madrasas); health care; water, sewer, electric grids; etc. in areas where they never existed are just some of the problems.  Unfortunately it doesn't appear that the Generals and Secretaries of _____ planned for any of that in advance, so here we are today.....

1) yes
2) NO- but you don't need a degree to fight in the the US Army. Yes, I lived there.
3) Books from both sides? Do I really need to read a book explaining the bad guys motivation for blowing up women and children in mass. That they want to expel all "foreigners" from the whole of the middle east and that if you don't convert to their idea of religion you will be killed. Does it make any difference in the end what motivated Charles Manson? -- the unibomber-- Hitler. I respect wanting to understand your enemy in order to defeat them, but I am not interested in reading propaganda. I get enough of that in the American press.
