Appeal ruling to Supreme Court.

The 3-judge Appeals Court panel basically rejected EVERY point Trump's lawyers made as well as the lower court judge's ENTIRE ruling. And remember, it took them only a day. They schooled her faulty reasoning and inadequate knowledge of the law.
While it's true Trump could ask the entire 11th District panel for an "en banc" review, or he could go strait to SCOTUS, the outcome seems pretty clear.
