Coca Cola is creating a separate product line in the U.S. with sugar as the sweetener instead of HFCS. They are not completely changing their beverage over to sugar. And this excerpt from a Newsweek article  . . .

"Sugar is more expensive, and Coca‑Cola knows it. Analysts estimate the switch could add hundreds of millions of dollars to its ingredient costs if scaled broadly. Domestic cane sugar supply is limited, concentrated in Florida and Louisiana. And the moment a company tries to import more, it slams into tariff walls. That, and the fact that its harvest season is short, is not a recipe for scale."

If Trump was so concerned about consumers' health, he would have signed an executive order requiring food processors to switch to sugar from HFCS, but he didn't. He just prefers the taste of sugar.
