Some of Hitler's generals, like Guderian, Rommel and Von Manstein, were brilliant. Others were plodders, but that's not the point. The point is Hitler often didn't listen to them and made disastrous military decisions that doomed the war effort. Of course, it's also true that even if Hitler hadn't made these mistakes Germany would have lost the war anyway because the combined forces of the US, Britain and the USSR (and their economies) were always going to overwhelm the Third Reich.

Trump just said, "You're fired."  Hitler executed them.  That's the difference between totalitarianism and a business-like approach.  

Which is what we'd expect from someone who's declared bankruptcy six times. And who has 40 former cabinet secretaries and senior staffers supporting his opponent. And who's lost the last three elections.

It was TRUMP who hired all these people to begin with. So if you're right he must have hired incompetent people to being with.

can't always trust resumes.  Besides, most of these hires were vetted and recommended to Trump by his transition team.  Some were holdovers from the Obama administration.  Trump gave them a try and when it didn't work out, he cut his losses and fired them like any good businessman would.  Biden hasn't fired anyone, including Mayorkas, Mayor Pete and others with no real experience to succeed at what they were hired to do.  Businesses fail when management does not have the courage to fix their mistakes.  If I hire a wrong person for a job, I'm not going to keep them on draining resources in order to salve my own ego because I'm the one who hired them.  Who hired them doesn't really matter.  Having the courage to fire the incompetents does matter for the future and health of the company.
