Henry Kissinger once said, "Power is an aphrodisiac." Among providers, I believe intelligence is an aphrodisiac, along with beauty, good reviews, and the usual perquisites. We are living in the Age of Women, where they are doing better academically in junior high, high school, and college than their male counterparts. There are more female veterinarian students than males. Some guys are intimidated by intelligent, professional women. Why?
    With all of this as a context, I wish to compliment a person I met who epitomizes the new woman, especially her intelligence--Chrissy Stone. I read recently that she has started a new business, and I wish her the best of good fortune. She was thinking of going to law school, so whatever she pursues I wish her "Bona fortuna."
