I had a session lined up with another provider at AZC and due to personal reasons, she was unable to make our session.  Scott was upfront about it and was able to schedule me within an hour with Denise, another of his ladies. Everything was handled very professional and this was my 2nd time with Denise, who is fast becoming my ATF.
