Why the extra donation for...

Just curious:  Since I enjoy going to Greece, I was searching through the TER reviews and provider websites to find out which providers will travel there as well.  What I found out was that there are relatively few providers who will even travel to Greece, and that those that do generally require an extra donation even though they are flat fee on everything else.  I could only think of two possible reasons for this:  1) Either the providers don't really enjoy Greek, so they will only offer it for extra compensation.  2) Or, while the providers offering Greek may actually enjoy it, due to the fact that most guys are willing to pay extra to go there, they figure they might as well as ask for an extra donation.  I am curious to learn from providers as to what their take is on this.

because there aren't that many providers who travel there it only makes sense that the ones who do should/will charge extra for it. (I think Mya gave a perfect explaination of why there aren't that many going there.)

That's an interested take on the subject.  I was just wondering:  Who do you consider to be the artist when going to Greece - the male, female, or maybe both?
