Aside from checking references...what can we as providers do at the begining of a session to safeguard ourselves against any issues with LE. Crystal and I have been selling Promo porn DVD's, Porn Calenders, all kinds of little things for $200 then if the guy is nice, we invite him to hang out with us, free of charge of course. I dont know if this actually protects us tho..anyone know?

Selling something for $$$, saying "it will help the family members that you talked about" or something like that...whoa!

I recall seeing someone who did something like that;
selling "Millenium Oil" for like $100 an ounce and then asking
if you wanted to share ideas with each other on how to use it!

No protection there unless the item you sell has an actual value of $200.

It seems to work for us, and we havent run into a situation were the gentlewman didnt catch my drift. Heres what we say. ..
I don't know if you've heard about what we do here. We do something a little different, we sell (whatever item we may have that day) Then we tell the gentlemnan..THIS is $200, now I know that may seem a little spendy but I hear it is a very hot item..Infact we can also store the item for you..free of charge of course. Now you seem like a nice guy, if you'd like you can stay and hang out with us, free of charge of course. Works like a charm everytime

Why sell anything then?

before I became an indy I worked for an agency several years ago that offered sex toys for sale... this also included a live demonstration... so there must be some legality to it...
