Any interest or ideas on a provider/hobbyist event for the fall?

I had such a great time at the party that I began to wonder last night about the possibility of all of us participating in another event this fall. I do enjoy the "party" type of get together, however, would anyone else like it if we had another type of event.  Here are some thoughts I had:  Picnic, softball, poker tournament, etc.  Looking to you guys for some ideas about logistics, organization, and whether we as community could get together and enjoy something different.  Would anyone be interested?

But I am sincere in the question.  Why would anyone in their right minds want to be seen in public with a known provider?  Most guys who can afford the going rate are established professionals (often married) who would be in dire straights if their "hobby" was ever exposed. Strip clubs are hard enough to explain away when caught... Hookers are another.  No thanks, I'll keep my activities with providers where they belong... BCD.

...a wise member of this board (Muffyman or BOSAZ I think)commented before the party that if a neighbor sees you at the party, you've seen him. That's a push.
It was a great way to meet some fun-loving guys (do you have fun, Your Honor?)and some gorgeous women (do you love gorgeous women, Your Honor?). Glad I went. Will do it again.
Now if my wife saw me at the party, that would be a fine mess I'd gotten into! Don't worry. Be happy.

I like the idea!  There are a lot of us that would appreciate the opportunity to participate in a descrete, but organized event outdoors.  For most of us something on the light athletic side would be great!  My thoughts would be a four person golf scramble with a party at the 19th hole or even a light hike in one of our local mountain parks.

doing something like a Vegas night?  With poker, blackjack and such.  We could even have a portion of the proceeds go to a charity - thus you men would be attending a fund raiser - innocent enough right?  We could have food, drinks, and of course fun...and benefit a charity.  Something even such as a canned food drive would work too.

Now about something on the light athletic side...hmmmm bowling perhaps??  You know us women love playing with big balls.  :)

Seriously I would love to help organize as I have done that before.  Just an offer and some ideas.  Let me know.

Merely "escorts", sort of like free-lance welcome wagon ladies.  I've got to admit, though, I've gotten incredibly lucky with most of them...

...sitting with the lovely AZCandy and Rachael (?), and you were talking with Kara. We joked about you meeting a TER Board combatant. You are smokin'!

The first was a paintball outing and party.  It's usually played on a closed, private course, and I can think of several people who'd enjoy shooting each other.

The second was an old-fashioned softball game and picnic.  Once again, we'd have to find a facility that could be rented exclusively (not a public park), but those exist.  Beer, brats and friendly competition would be a blast.

Either way, I call playing on Sarah and Mya's team!

To whet your appetites, here's a picture of the Autralian Women's Softball Team...I'll bet the Phoenix ladies could take them (one way or another!)
