Just moved back to Phoenix a few months ago and got back into the game by checking out a few MP's.  I've been reading a few posts about LE and was a bit confused about some of the recent activity. Have there really been instances where a hobbyist's license plate has been recorded from the parking lot and then later used against them? Or has LE really shown up to someone's house later based on a license plate?  Just concerned when I read that things like this maybe happening. Should I be worried that someone is gonna show up at my house in a few days or months with pictures or proof I was in the parking lot?

You know- this is still America, not communist Russia.  Last I heard the police can't drag you off on a whim.   They need something called "probable cause" that you committed a crime.  If they showed up at your home, which is extremely unlikely, all you have to do is say, "yeah, I was visiting a friend and no I don't feel like telling you who this friend was."  Nothing more they can do.

Let's all stop being such wusses already.  I respect the man with the badge but that does not mean I am going to let him push me around or try to intimidate me.

I agree completely. Just getting back into the hobby is a bit worrisome when you hear these outrageous stories. I'm sure mostly untrue or based on fear as well.

Best thing I can suggest is being cautious.  Be on the lookout for advertisers offering up "GFE, PSE, F/S fresh 18 year old, etc".   Use internet tools to check out phone numbers and to verify images.   A good number of the MP's I've seen are located in strip malls, so no problems there.

I haven't heard about this specifically, and unless they caught you in the act, they wouldn't have probable cause anyway.  If they didn't catch you in the act, then they didn't catch you, period.  What is a cop going to do, show up at your home at a later date and demand that you confess?  Aside from that, if there is anything illegal going on at a MP, that is their concern, not yours.  All you know is that you went there for a massage.

By the way, a massage parlor is not even a defacto illegal business, they have business licenses from the city and everything.  They operate in retail areas, they are open to the public, so just being seen going into one really proves nothing at all.  Who is to say you weren't getting a nice foot massage?

If a suite (of a commercial building) is under surveillance and they see you going in, they have probable cause. If LE were going to investigate suspicious activity, they wouldn't just be hanging out in the parking lot.  The most solid thing for them to do is have video recording of traffic going in and out of the establishment for an ongoing basis and trying to get their officers working from inside (setting up appointments and trying to collect solid evidence). Direct contact would only make sense to positively ID the people going in and out until the actual raid. They can pull you over to ID you if you have a headlamp out, or any other reason they would normally pull you over .  If you frequent a place that is under surveillance you are more likely to get dragged into the raid from the standpoint of associative evidence. There are many places that advertise body rubs but are not actual licensed massage therapist and are in strip malls.  If you try to explain that you went into one of these unlicensed body rub places just for a message....uh.

From my experience:  It is best not to be a sitting duck or visit with sitting ducks. Over time the people around start to notice things and complain.  If you are sitting still it's easy to set up surveillance on you. If you  ever notice when people inquire about providers on the board asking about best strip club or massage parlor, you never know if the inquirer is a cop and you never know what some idiot is going to tell that person.  EX:  "I've been to Sexy's strip club and have gotten a great BBJ in the back room".  Or "I've been to Mings massage parlor and they are FS." Or even worse to combine that sort of information with a detailed location.  A few people making those suggestions to the wrong person is reason for an investigation.  If you do incall out of the same location for long periods of time, you are taking huge risks.  You are a sitting duck and eventually someone is going to take notice. The safest scenario is outcall unless you have 20 girls going to your house every week.  With Incall you have no idea what kind of activity goes on throughout the rest of the time you are not there and if that incall is under surveillance you are going to be associated with everyone else that goes or lives in that place. Including if there are other illicit activities going on such as drugs, illegal weapons, gang ties, etc.  You as a client have more control over your own environment .

I don't disagree with most of what you said. But a licensed retail establishment in a strip mall by its self is not probable cause that any crime is being committed, that is what I was trying to say.  If you are just some random person who wants a massage, there is nothing illegal about going in there and getting a massage and then leaving.  Whether or not they are really licensed is not the customer's concern, it is the business' concern.  If you leave and a cop demands to know what you were doing in there, the simple "I don't want to talk to you.  Am I under arrest?  Am I free to go now?" routine would work fine.  If a cop is even asking what you were doing there, then he most likely doesn't have evidence to arrest you in the first place, otherwise he would have just arrested you without asking what you were doing there.

When they bust these places, they send in undercovers who are pretending to be customers to gather evidence, then they bust the employees of the place, not the customers.  If a customer wasn't caught in the act, and refuses to say anything, they can't bust the customer anyway, the customer can also be an asshole and claim to be the "victim", he can always say he went there for a massage, and this girl that worked there propositioned sex which means she broke the law, not him.

To bust the customers, the undercover cops would have to be the ones who are pretending to be the providers, that wouldn't really work at a massage parlor at a strip mall that has been operating there for years.  I mean these places really do give massages after all, what is an undercover female cop going to do, give a massage for half an hour and start arousing their customer in the process?  I doubt it.  For this reason, I think that massage parlors are safe for the customers.  For cops to arrest customers, like I said, they need to pretend to be the providers, and for that, they would need a hotel room or something that can operate for a day, then they are done and they move on somewhere else.  They aren't going to take a lease on a commercial space and open up a massage parlor to do that, people would find out about them in about 5 minutes if they did that.

Aside from that, I agree fully about not discussing certain acts on these forums.  You don't even need to log in to read anything that is posted here, but in the end, a lot of cops have to know what is going on anyway.  When they take off their uniforms, I am pretty sure a lot of them go hobbying themselves.

Yes true only major question in my mind if I shared a business in that strip mall would be "Why are most of the people going in and out men??".  Random persons would have to include women too, right?  You are right that a client can deny any wrong doing and probably get away with it if he's not caught red handed. So parlor on, all night long baby!!

In my early years I found them no less expensive and not the least bit intimate. Plus, most performances suck to be kind.

Do yourself a favor and stop going in those places and build a solid reputation here on TRF and you'll have experiences to last a lifetime...
