This is a very well known provider who reads this board regularly.  Before I say who it is I think it would be courteous for her to have an opportunity to explain "her side" of the story.

I used to be very "active" in this hobby.  Not necessarily on this board, but I have seen many, many providers in Phoenix going back a number of years.  Until a few years ago when the s**t hit the fan and client names were showing up on lists of news reports, etc - I decided to take a long, maybe permanent, break.

Until recently.

So, I ponied up for my VIP account and started searching for who the top providers today are.  And with my list in hand set up my first appointment in a very long time for last night.  With a very well known and rated provider - who shall for courtesy sake remain un-named.

So - e-mail exchange ensues (I'm a little difficult to verify since not any recent history, so it took a while) and we finally set up a time.  The final e-mail from her said "9:00 pm is perfect".  And, I made my plans accordingly, which without going into detail took a little juggling on my side of things.

At 8:00 pm I start on my way (I live in very far north Scottsdale, she lives "in town").  At 8:00 I also send a quick text "are we still on for 9".  No response to the text but I figure maybe she doesn't text or isn't near her phone - hey, she's highly reviewed right so I can count on her.  At 8:30 I am getting closer to her incall and I receive an e-mail and then a text - both saying "sorry I can't make our appointment tonight, I had 'scheduling conflicts'.

I send a text back expressing some surprise at the late notice and that the courtesy of a call would have been nice.  She then starts to shoot back that the scheduling conflict was with her children and she will always put "family first" and that I must not have children and wouldn't understand (I have 4 wonderful kids).  Basically, her entire rap is to put it on me that I was being an a** for not understanding (mind you, my texts were courteous although I did state the guilt rap she was laying on me was bulls**t).

In her final text she said she has to deal with late cancellations all the time and, in her words, "tis life".

So, is this how it is now.

Just might save my $ and take up golf.

Lots of flakes out there and unless you put out the names others will be having the same problems. I recently had a problem with a massage girl who had some good reviews who I found to be a flake and I mentioned her name on the board. Proved again to be a flake even after I contacted her by e-mail about the problem.

So name names so we know.

Sometimes things happen at the last minute. We cant expect everything.
I suffer from very bad migraines and once in a blue moon I have to cancel last minute or a few hours prior. Along with my migraines it causes me to be sick to my stomach.

If I kept an appointment  that I had originally schedule despit my migraine it would not be fun. I would be bitchy, sick and wouldnt want to do anything but lay there.

......But hey i kept it just so you dont blast my name all over the board for cancelling.

My point is if a provider isnt at he 100% do you really want her to keep the appointment?
Do you really want her to keep the appointment is she knows she can't deliver what you are expecting?

Also the cancellations are on both sides...

What about... when you men, have a meeting that runs very late and have to cancel at the last minute?
or wife comes home and you didnt expect it?

You should never put someone on blast..unless they have robbed you or have done you physical or emotional harm, because you do not know what they are goin through at the moment.

What if everytime a client cancels on me or says he cant make it because his meeting runs later then expected and I put him on blast on the provider only boards and no one every sees you again??

Just think about that....


This is just my 2cents. I am not trying to be rude or offensive I am just speaking my mind.

It's unfortunate but you chalk it up as a bad damn day.

Think about this and imagine this.... Me and you set a date, we exchange emails.. we're all set to play at 9pm and yes, it's perfect.  Later that day.. say 8:00pm.. My daughter, with her sweet little face, says, "mom, I have that dance rehearsal remember?"  HOLY HELL!  I COMPLETELY FORGOT about my child's dance rehearsal and my girl didn't think to remind me until time to go.  What the hell do I do now?  Man, this is a bad situation but I've already made the promise to my child and all the other parents will be there.  I couldn't possibly cancel on MY OWN CHILD.  So what do you think I'm going to do?  Bet your azz... chalk it up.  You had a bad damn day... it just so happens it was your day back so it made it a bit more irritating for you.  

I bet this lady is still awesome... or maybe she is a flake but this ONE incident does NOT make her a flake.

Just my view and my view alone.

BTW.. he's not talking about me people LOL (thought I'd throw that in there) but yes, it most certainly COULD have been me.  Hell, it could have been any provider.. it could have been whoever is # 1 nationally (whoever that is).

Sorry it turned bad for you... go cry silently though man.. damn.

Sadly there are many providers out there who are flakes, or the services they provided were not up to par, but because of the backlash hobbyists are too afraid to post a not so great review. Even if one does have the courage to post one  somehow that provider will have it removed from whatever board it was posted on.

It's the giant elephant in the room that no one wants to talk about and everyone is afraid of. Look at how many people have read this, but yet to respond, I did but of course under an alias. Who needs a provider going physco on you destroying your family or career.

Went for appointment this week, girl did not tell me she had  hurt her ribs, she should ahve cancelled but saw me anyway.
her pain was so great she could hardly move.

Yes, I agree that there might be times when a provider needs to cancel last minute.  And of course any cancellation explanation that is related to children issues is more or less a trump card (which is also a great bluff card...).

However, in my book, when you cancel on a client within 30 minutes of a firm appointment time you pick up the phone and apologize in person with an explanation.  That is minimum courtesy of someone who is considered a professional in this business.  What you don't do is text, then counter your clients surprise with an "offense is the best defense" type of attack.

If someone cancelling on you has pissed you off so badly, then  "say it" "just say it".   On the flip side, think about when was the last time you have cancelled on anyone or anything else in life?
   I have cancelled on women and have been cancelled by women. Some were nice and called ahead, some called as I was driving to our meeting and some have never even called/texted to this very day. Common sense has prevailed and I dont call back for another appt unless I have a good working relationship with them. With my divorce, my children come first everytime and twice on sunday if you get my drift.  It's evident by your tirade back and forth that you and your provider  probably wont get along now.... um move on and as I refer to as  " NEXT"!  I hope you just move on and call someone like Sheridan, Sissy, Deanna, Reagan, Jordan(K), Ryan, Mya Mayes, Donna, Trinity........ do you see and hear what I am saying???? In Phoenix alone... we have over 25 really cool, attractive, fun lovin, down to earth ladies!!!!!!
    about a month ago, do a search for "Random Guy 12" read his BS and attitude and dont go down that path.

Late cancellations happen.  Both sides.  Get over it.

I am pretty sure everyone (again, both sides) runs into unanticipated scheduling conflicts.    It certainly sounds like it was an exception rather than the rule with this person  Lord knows, sometimes the best of alibi's just does not trump real live situations, particularly if family and close friends are involved.  

Again.  Just my two cents.  Nothing personal.

Come on, guys.  These women have lives, and if things don't work out, AND they let you know, then just reschedule.  Whenever I go on an outcall, I have a couple more numbers that I can call just in case it falls through.  I had a VERY well known escort oversleep, and didn't answer my calls or texts until much later.  That's life, and I went to option 2.  No need to hurt a girl's reputation when something unforeseen happens. If they are a high scoring, well reviewed escort, then you have to assume that they are telling you the truth. Just reschedule and have fun!!

One of the benefits of the hobby is that it gives you variety. However this does come with some risk. I think having three or four solid providers who know you and are comfortable with you and who give you the service you expect is better than risking encounters with potential flakes.

Pick another girl with a good reputation. And also take up golf. You can do both, you know.....
