We know how important sreening is but everyone has a different method some use e-mail address and some go by dates or phone Numbers, some use all of the above.If you send me an e-mail address  it does me no good I go by dates and numbers and of course names. What I have found to be very helpful is to give a client a nickname like Mark The Teddybear or it might relate to their profession like The mailman or anything that would trigger my memory maybe he brings my dog treats so he then passes that info on instead of just Mike.....this really helps when I am traveling as I do not always have access to  info. A small simple gift like a candle I then would remember that person or maybe he could include a clue as to who he was in his e-mail. hope this helps make the process a little better.....stay safe out there everyone ,Back home next Tuesday......Victoria
