I am simply reporting on my own experiences with a program of nutrition and physicial activity that has helped.
This is intended for men who are over 50, who are overweight, who may have enlarged prostates, and have occassional or frequent problems either getting an erection or cuming.
Nutrition:
Try to eat six small meals a day, each around 200-300 calories each.
Oatmeal fat free yogurt blueberries pineapple lean chicken (skinless) salmon V-8 or tomato juice fat-free crackers the healthy low-fat whole grain pastas lots and lots of salads with fat-free dressings
with each meal drink 6-8 oz. of water.
try not to eat within two hours of going to sleep
try to walk down two flights of stairs and up one flight of stairs when you can
and see Anabangbang, Bliss or Misty in the East Valley or Cheyenna, Velvet, Terri or Tina Pink in Phoenix.
you can also check out a book called The Hardness Factor, and/or subscribe to the Men's Health email updates, and the ABS Diet..... and go see Elizabeth, Sarah, Mya, Jenn, etc. etc.
I'd add alot of veggies, Tuna fish (with Golden Brown mustard and relish...trust me...it's GOOD!) steamed and brown rice. Stay away from too much cheese and red meat as well.
