... the list is dynamic and just recently had up to 9 ladies who are well known to the Phoenix community. The rules have changed and the game has changed. Right now is a great opportunity for ladies to attain a spot on the TER Top 100 Providers list, a private listing of the world's top escorts. To be able to market oneself as being on this list or having been a  once highly ranked member I think would make a strong marketing statement. Many of the new rankings are of Providers who may not have previously been listed but who chose to take the necessary, and simple steps to have their reviews reactivated and once again available for us to read and consider. I hope that more and more ladies get their profiles reactivated. It's important that to maintain their top status, providers need to receive regular, high quality new reviews. I still find TER's TOP 100 and Photo Only board to be a great source of finding quality & reliable companions.
