What is going on with this "Service?" They were contacted on Thursday at noon for a reference. No response as of noon Friday even after another contact. Sent an email to inquire about membership and still no response. Understand several providers have stopped using this "Service." Anyone wish to comment?
Hey, Jackie from TLC here. I have only had to contact them for a reference once, but I also had a problem getting a response, in fact I seem to recall it took the better part of a week, (which was too late to be useful) In general, I much prefer being able to contact other providers for screening purposes. Being part of a close-knit community, fellow providers seem to have more respect for the fact that we rely on efficient responses because our safety and livlihoods are on the line. That's my 2 cents.
