The race is probably on between you and

1) FBI for sex trafficking (consent makes no difference)

2) Scottsdale PD for escorting without a license (since city mentioned) now a criminal charge.

3) MCSO and Phoenix PD racing to set up appts for criminal enterprise felony busts of all the escorts and owners.  

There is a good reason there are virtually no agencies in Phoenix - all been busted or have shut down not wanting to face prison.
