Here's the scenario:

Experienced Provider does an identity/name change complete with different photos, contact info, style, pricing, and P411 number. She doesn't announce the change, nor mention it. It appears that one provider left and a new one arrived. The photos used are all real, but are so different that you cannot tell.

After a period of time, the Provider begins advertising once again with the former identity (remember pricing) but does not abandon the new identity.

She is using both.

What would be your thoughts on this? Is this considered bad form? Deceptive? Should it matter?

If a gent discovers this, should he mention it to her? Is it appropriate to ask for an explanation? Or to discuss the price differences?

What say you?

GM appeals to different tastes with a Ykon, a Tahor, and an Escalade, and I've yet to hear anyone cry foul over it.

That said, the GM metaphor only goes so far, as it's clear to almost everyone that the various products are, in fact, a GM offereing.  The case you mention?  Notsamuch....

Paid her dues and now knows the score and if she wants to encrease her price  because she has changed her image  let's say gone to a more higher -end  market place ou need not mention it  ...it is totally her call and then your call if not  to see her as the new hopefully improved  version...just wish her well and be happy for her

To be clear, I am strictly curious about the consensus view. The situation didn't bother me or pose problems. I've just never seen it done in this way.

It just sort of happened.
at first it was an accident.

I didn't care when a guy brought it up but I don't try to explain my behavior to anyone, including myself.
JEEZ
I gotta be me.
and her and her and her.
except when I'm an escort and then I'm her, and her, oh and when I do web design, i'm him and when I'm a goddess, I'm another her.

It's freaky.  I blame it on being multi-talented and having bad parents but I also believe that it's the nutty that makes me delicious so anyone who thinks I'm crazy, can EAT ME.  (my boyfriend likes to watch).

Jenna, you are hilarious.  As for the changes,  I was recognized and it went sour from there. You know - "let me come for free and I'll keep your secret" type stuff. Easier to change name, pics and number.

I miss you guys.

I've been behaving and it's got my panties bunched.

Most (new) guys that saw me as Jenna, told me that they had been watching me for a long time and knew I was Ana before.
My name change from Ana to Jenna was an accident and I just never got around to changing it on all the sites.  I hated marketing and avoided doing ads and profiles as much as possible.  The Jenna name never really fit me but it didn't matter enough to me to try to change it back so I ended up with some sites advertising me as Jenna and some Ana.

I had a handful of guys that stuck with me for 5-7 years so worrying about doing ads/profiles/photos/review monitoring wasn't my thing.  I've always posted for the sake of insight in the community, not for the sake of business and I'm telling you that you will never understand the behind the scenes shenanigans that goes on.  Nobody does and even if they start to figure it out, it all changes.

This business is weird and it makes a lot of people curious.  There's nothing wrong with that but don't try to understand it. You just can't.

You could call yourself Princess Freakin' Buttercup or SnarkySnarksdale for all I care.  I'm just glad to see you posting again.
