raveling so to the area and looking for a great spa located I the downtown area of anyone could help that would be amazing

Don't know about downtown Phoenix but in Scottsdale, the spa at The Sanctuary and the spa at The Royal Palms are quite nice.
Actually, if you come to my place, I give a wicked good massage!!!!
