Coming to town Monday and maybe Tuesday and thought I would check out the board for events, ads and drama going on in Ptown. There used to be pages of information and interest and now I find 7 days worth of posts on ONE page, WOW!  

What's up with my favorite place to visit with all the parties and fun there used to be? Shucks, the Philly board is getting more action than this and and they keep getting busted every now and then. Who is a guy to see? My 2 ATF's are out of town.

The ladies should be happy to see someone with cash.

Us local hobbyists have discovered that if you put no money down on two or three housea, rent them cheap for a few years, and then expect to flip them, and use the profits to finance bigger investments - and our hobby - such schemes only work if:

- there aren't 300,000 other people doing the same game
- there are more than 900,000 families needing a cheap house to rent
- the banks will keep lending you money at low rates and no money down

Now the banks are forclosing, discovering that they have to evict renters and then turn around and are trying to sell the houses to the folk they just evicted - all they while tightening credit standards, so they won't give a loan to the renters whom they just evicted.

Remember: the light at the end of a tunnel may that of a oncoming train.
