On another “Phoenix Board” there is a complaint about a “Plague” of Unprofessional Providers, who think nothing of, “No Call – No Show,” or just canceling a previously scheduled and confirmed appointment with no explanation, or at the most, a flimsy one with no apology whatsoever. Sure, things do come up unexpectedly, but in the numbers that Hobbyists are complaining about? I didn’t believe it, based on my three year experience, to be a problem. Notice I said “didn’t!”

Unfortunately, that “Plague” is NOT limited to Phoenix, although a month ago I suffered from it “first hand,” probably for only the second or third time  time in three years. This, from one of the Top 10 Rated (by TER) Phoenix Providers; whom I have seen often, only 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The cancellation was made via E-mail and without a telephone call or any further explanation and/or apology ever. It appears that the “Plague” has spread to our neighboring city to the south – Tucson.

A “Hobby Colleague” and I had planned a “Hobbying” trip to Tucson for well over a month, with EIGHT appointments scheduled and confirmed for our visit. The results were as follows:

THREE – Providers delivered as promised – Victoria Darling, Serena Love
                            and Nicki St Phillips

ONE – Provider changed her Donation (significantly) before the Appointment

ONE – Provider saying upon arrival at our Hotel, that her TER Profile was wrong and
                             that she didn’t do this and didn’t do that.  This was AFTER confirming, via E-
                             mail, when asked, that the current TER Profile was “absolutely correct!”

                THREE – Providers cancelling our Appointment via E-mail one, two and eight hours
                             before the scheduled appointments.

The five “Unprofessional Providers" were NOT seen or rescheduled and we were glad to return to Phoenix. Glad that is until my “Hobby Colleague” had three separate Phoenix appointments cancelled! The first cancellation was by the same Phoenix Top 10 Rated Provider who was previously mentioned for cancelling on me, about a month ago. Exact same scenario, as it seems to have become her “MO!” The second, a usually VERY reliable Lady, was canceled because she decided she wanted a greater donation than originally agreed to. The third, also normally very reliable, canceled  because “something came up.” A PLAGUE for certain, even among these VERY well Reviewed and previously reliable Providers!

Many thanks to Victoria Darling, Serena Love and Nicki St Phillips of Tucson, for representing their chosen Profession well and just for being professional (Plus a great deal of sexy fun!).  There are apparently lots of other Ladies, in BOTH Tucson and Phoenix who could/should take lessons from these wonderful Tucson Providers and of course, the great Ladies of Phoenix (too many to mention), who uphold basic social mores and good business practices in their dealings with Hobbyists.

Common sense, courtesy and sound business practices have a place in “The Hobby” and the many Ladies who use them will definitely separate themselves from the rest, by a wide margin.

Welcome to this side of the Hobby, Brother.  Often times, there's not a lot of organization in this world you've ventured into, and I don't think that will ever change.  Actually, you mention "common sense, courtesy and sound business practices,"  and that's why those providers who do offer that stand out, because there are so many flakes out there.

you generally get what you "pay" for. Stick to the ladies who have served you well in the past, and you may not get burned. There could be many reasons they cancelled on you, not just the obvious reasons, but either way,,,,, good luck with that. (i am a bit territorial if you couldn't tell)

There is two areas to this topic. What about the unprofessional clients? No calls, no shows, cancellations after a confirmed appt. --"My meeting ran long, sorry I have to cancel."

Providers  save time in their day to see that particular client.
Another client that wanted that exact date & time can no longer have that because another hobbyist confirmed that appointment time.
The Provider takes the time to do her makeup, her hair, pick out a special outfit for that special someone, pick out accessories and heels. Also take time to prepare the room(if its incall) light candles change sheets, get out the necessary toys
Then the scheduled appointment either cancels or no shows.
and of course by this time its to late to call my other client to come see me.

And as for the unprofessional Providers....
You make the upscale companions that take this very seriously look bad....
As for the the low grade companions that want $80 specials you make this profession look scummy and low class.

I am in Minneapolis and call 5 different providers and got one call back.  Also played email tag with couple (because they don't have a number listed) and they don't belong to a verification service like P411, RSK2000, or Datecheck and would take the word of a provider that they don't know instead of spending a little extra to belong to a service. And some of them have just been in the cold to long.  The one that call me back say she would see me and we set a time.  I get half way there and she cancels on me and she start making B.S. excuses of why she had to cancel, and none of it made any sense.  I was nice and said maybe next time, which I was totally respectful and turned the other cheek (the one on my face).  Now it is not my nature to go around and start giving out bad reviews and bashing providers, but be respectful to your clients if you want repeated business.  Also on the other side, I do understand that providers put a lot of work in what they do, such as providing a quality experience and getting a hotel etc.  The reason I am on this board is because there are very few quality providers in Minneapolis. I was wondering if any providers in AZ would consider making a trip to make to Minneapolis?  The few quality providers that are here are booked out or see limited clients, and one has retired.  It was never like that here in the past, and I am thinking of going to Chicago because of this.  I have also notice there aren't as many coming into town either.  I can see the frustration on both sides.

I've considered traveling but I do not feel comfortable being alone.
Do you know any reputable agencies where you live?
I would considered traveling if I'm with a safe agency.

I have met with many wonderful MN gentlemen while they were visiting AZ and have had several requests to visit there - to be honest - I was just waiting for it to warm up a bit.  I am such a baby when it comes to the cold LOL!
Anyway, I hope that you find someone that will put a BIG SMILE on your face!!!

Do not expect change until somebody grows the balls to name names.
Your post just re-inforces the fact that they can do whatever they want and get away with it.

Maybe some of the other guys who have been flaked on recently want to jump in.. . if you guys all post flaky names in this one thread, then SCATTER, at least some of you have a chance of escaping unscathed.. hopefully.

Also, one safe way to out a girl for having bad business practices is to always start your post with,  "JEFFREY told me" and then go ahead and name the girl and her crime.

and keep in mind, thats a safety code phrase that can be used on all the regional boards, not just phoenix.

Let me take a moment to chime in with my two cents. First and foremost, from a provider point of view, Krista hits the nail right on the head. Low end companions who provide services or experiences that leave a bad taste in a clients mouth make EVERY companion look bad. I don't know about Krista, but I bet that like me she can't get ready in under an hour.  And keeping our wardrobe up to date does not come free. It takes time and effort to show up looking exactly as we think you expect. I could keep on going but the point is that most of us make considerable effort to fulfill our clients wishes. Piss poor companions make our efforts meaningless when they set the standard and expectations of the client so low.

Back on track now. ANY companion who is a no show, no call should be black listed unless there are EXTREME extenuating circumstances. I just posted a huge reply on another board about misrepresentation. This is the same thing. I am very proud to say that both of these hobbyist's are special clients of mine that I consider to be friends. I know these guys. They don't schedule without doing considerable research. They had every expectation that the provider would show. In addition, both of these hobbyist's have reputations of being consistent reviewers. Not dishonest reviewers but simply that if they see you, they are going to write a good review if you deserve it. This in my opinion is another plus for them. So, for a companion to no call no show, it just proves they are not a real pros and should not be in this business.

As for the companion who changed her agreed upon price. Her name should be written in the sky by an airplane. She should be blacklisted as a bait and switch and a liar everywhere. I don't care how high up on the boards she is.

Then there is the companion who has one menu, agrees to that menu and then arrives and says the menu has changed?

I think it can be summed up in a very simple manner. It's a matter of respect. I respect my clients enough to make the extra effort, to go the extra mile, to make sure I am all I can be for him. Thats what makes me a Pro. Thats what sets me apart. Thats what sets apart all of us who try so hard to make sure your time spent with us is memorable. The same goes for the companion. She needs to respect her profession and her clients. She needs to give as much respect to her client as she thinks she is worth. No call no show is just a sign of lack of respect for your profession and for your clients.

I understand how mean it seems to name names. However, these companions will continue to abuse clients. And as long as they are rewarded for that abuse, it will escalate. Today it was a no show, tomorrow its your wallet that will disappear.

Finally, I want to make clear a few things. There are many legitimate reasons a companion has a low fee. I am not singling out companions by what they charge, but more of by what they provide. If its a fetish, or limited service then the market bears a certain value. By low end I am simply saying if the service provided is crappy, its low end. Secondly I want to compliment Krista. I love your new pics. They are uber sexy and so are you.

I can't wait to see you again...you are BY FAR one of the most organized and professional providers I have ever seen.  I measure all other providers appointment management to yours...and so far none have measured up at all.....if you weren't so far away from me.... :/
