Some ladies are more newbie friendly than others but usually the easiest way is to get verified by Date-check or P411 - pick whichever has more ladies you're interested in.

Get a free membership with perfered411.
1. Pick a lady (If she ask for ref in the add try anyway you'll find one.)

2. Make the date and be polite tip $20.00.

Repeat steps 1 and 2.

Apply for a paid membership at Perferred411 and use the two ladies as references. Now your a verified member and no problems with ref.
