On another board it was discussed how there is a provider that does cuddling. Also i read somewhere that a house in another state was shut down because it allowed cuddling which could lead to other activities.  

My question is are there providers out there who are comfortable with just cuddling and talking?  How does a client bring up the subject to a provider? I figured that if he has a long history with her then bringing it up should not be a problem. What does everyone think?

I don't think you need to ask permission, just do it. A good provider is a good listener and conversationalist. Although, I once read a review of a porn star that would have none of this sort of thing.

Is a deposit required?

I always require a deposit when traveling.  Not sure if your trying to be funny, but if & when your truly interested in me read my website.  I visit AZ about every other month & was just home for the Holidays, so I am about due.

This is exactly one of the main reasons I'm a TER member. Cuddling is very important to me, and the final few lines of a review are often the most interesting. YMMV, but a few reviews often give a sense if a provider is a pro-cuddle. I was sorry to see the Snuggle House closed down by the government. If there was such an establishment here in Phx it may well decrease the level of the specific illegal activity they were concerned about, at least in my case. Instead I find there are some very cuddlesome ladies here.

Normaly I'm fond of neither wine nor cheesecake (dark beer & darker chocolate for me), but I see now how the proper context can make them irresistible.

Now this is just me, mind you, but I wouldn't be booking just for the cuddle and talking without the intimacy.  Saying that, there are ladies I make sure to schedule lots of time for just for this reason.   The afterglow of coming back to earth is some of the best time to share together.  I have a special someone who calls me her "big snuggle bunny" and loves my arms wrapped tightly around her for the total BFE/GFE.

To me and maybe I'm the outsider. But it's a natural part of intimacy. IN or out of the hobby.
I would never want one to ever ask me, if it's okay to wrap his arms around me and spoon as we cuddle.
Heck I'd expect it...as it's simply a natural part of being naked and intimate with someone. Or being clothed and being intimate with someone.
And anyone who finds fault in cuddling. Well....... isn't for me. And has intimacy issues, in my minds eye.  
And no I don't accept none of that bs excuse from providers..that they'll only cuddle for xtra money..or they can't cuddle because it's something *personal* and saved only for their SO.  Yet they'll do everything else under the sun.  

Bring on the cuddling!  Heck, if you play tennis or golf and have that strong sexy back that men get from those two sports. I'd cuddle and caress it. That's sexy!
