My guess is the thread disappeared because the posting rules on this website do not allow real names to be discussed (or referenced by web link), and the link to that article had a bunch of real names in it.

I am not going to link to that article, however if you were to find yourself browsing the azcentral and/or azfamily news websites for some reason, and you hypothetically typed "Thai" in the search box, you just might find some articles about that busted Thai agency.  

As far as I know, only the 2 people who ran the operation were arrested.  The women were probably considered victims of human trafficking, and no mention was made of any clients being arrested.  Although if you have patronized this group in the past, it might be very wise to throw out your burner phone and get a new one.

Roger that and the previous thread was debating which agency it was. I know of three Asian agencies in town and I noticed there is no longer an active phone # on the Phx/LV Thai site..thats my guess and only a guess. The newer  SexyWiz one hasnt been around long enough to be under investigation for a year and a half as far as I know. Think the one located out of state is still operating. Stay salty.

Correct it was not the sexywiz one as they are the much newer one...Tho I see their ads are taken down as well until the smoke clears in a couple months.....Smartly I might add....With regards to the two co-owners of the thai agency that DID GET busted, I would bet everything in my possession that they will flee the country before their final court date sentencing  this July..They are Definate FLIGHT RISKS..Why?.The charges they are facing carry  very, very  long prison sentence of 25+ years for Human smuggling/trafficing.

 
I would take that bet.  If mama san is already on the watchlist because the feds are aware of her, she's not going anywhere.  
Some of the articles wrong, the guy doesn't own any property in Chandler. His soon-to-be ex-wife's house I believe  was in his name but he transferred to her. She must be so proud. Actually she's lucky she's about to be his ex-wife.

checked the case online it didn't say anything about July, it would seem July would be a very quick time to sentencing.

So it could be they got released OR?  It didn't mention any bail amounts.  I would recommend if they were going to bug out to enter into Tijuana then try to find a freighter ship back to Asia.  Maybe she has connections to help the guy out at least.  Also she seem pretty tall (5'11") for a Thai lady so maybe she is half something else.

What is likely to happen to the johns who have visited with the ladies - before the bust (I think the article said there were a couple of johns that were seen)?

What happened inside cannot be proved unless there is a confession. All they can prove is someone went inside and came about after an hour, what happened inside cannot be proven.

But still get a new burner if you have visited them. As others have mentioned, buying burners using cash/gift cards is the way to go in this hobby and changing them periodically is smart.

Also, when visiting providers, never park next the location. Park a few blocks out and walk to the incall. All these small things help in maintaining privacy.

Correct, he didnt OWN any property that we can see in Arizona...He was a Renter...Not to say he MAY have owned property in another state..As this was a MULTI-STATE brothel business..

Reason i say the SENTENCING will take place in July is because it usually takes a couple months after the FIRST court date to get to the "sentencing court date"...Our Arizona  Judicial system is NOT the quickest...But i still say one or BOTH WILL FLEE before the ACTUAL sentencing date...Why?...Because they dont want to spend that long in Jail...would you??

It was Vegas and here. Sort of multi state. I'm guessing he and her were more like "handlers". Article says they were netting roughly 70k a year to "manage" the girls..Not exactly living large. All the big money went elsewhere I'm sure. He did own a home in Gilbert until about a month ago when he transferred to his wife in a divorce case(gotta love Maricopa County case history links).

As for fleeing..Life on the run can't be good. Maybe mamasan can swing it if she could get out of the US but not likely since she was already on a watch list for trafficking. She could probably blend in Asia and get by on the down low. I don't know what the extradition laws are in Asia but noone would come looking for this I doubt. Too expensive..always boils down to money. As for the white boy...good luck. Nowhere to go except jail. No I wouldn't flee and I wouldn't do the crime if I couldn't do the time. Being a handler/pimp/document keeper until they work off their "debt" of cute Asian chicks isn't exactly humanitarian. I hope they get what they deserve...Think twice next time you are at a MP or go Asian and she can barely speak English..where do you think she came from and how did she get here? Most likely trafficked and not able to go back..Bad news...shitty deal.

Human trafficking will get the popo wet as it should...chasing down a bunch of mongers on a case by case basis is probably small potatoes and a big time waster. That juice isn't worth the squeeze on circumstantial evidence. I'd still reexamine my john "trail" and be as discreet as can be.

It was definately a Muliti-state operation... as they had apartments in Vegas, seattle, Tucson and Phoenix.. But I agree with you- I would NOT be a manager, handler and take the FALL for "just" 70k a year...

But in TRUTH---They were making waaaay more than this..The articles I read had them making a min of 3k EACH per WEEK!!...thats 12 k a month!!! EACH!!...Waaay more than 70k....Awwww regardless, the number figures will all come out in court, or maybe never...

ONE things for sure, this case wont go to TRIAL as the penalty for LOSING the trial for these two managers accused of pandering--on this case goes up exponentially in Extra Jail time that must be served...What happens 95% of the time is that LE tells them to just plead GUILTY to ALL the pandering, money laundering, operating/managing house of prostitution charges and plead GUILTY to ALL COUNTS and LE will promise to talk to the judge to REDUCE the Jail time down to bare state Minimums..Thats the experience of watching my relatives goto court for various charges...LOL....

The article said they were splitting a net of 3k a week, which is 12k a month total, so 6k per month for each, 72k a year for each of them...I like math..

Prostitution statutes.So lets say they receive 1 year for EACH COUNT=6 year sentence for Both..6 years could get reduced to HALF that time if they have a good lawyer....So 3 years is doable...Its NOT the same as in the  case of Tracy Elise who is accused of TWENTY -TWO COUNTS of prostitution...She will be in the PEN for a LONG, LONG time...

However, I have never seen the counts run consecutively but rather concurrent.  So Tracy's most serious charges are money laundering felony 2 which has a presumptive sentence of 5 years and can be as low as 3 or possibly just probation.  As usual, I was at the hearing today and have reported on the case from day 1.    The Donald Advisement for 50 years they scare you with is if sentences were consecutive which is rare.  She turned down a plea deal for time serviced.   The State has recommended 4.5 years.  Within the mandatory sentencing the Judge has quite a few choices.

The government is the biggest pimp of all, and it hates competition.  All of us are pimped, in one way or another, by the government.  

This is typical, after the Direct Complaint now intervening 22 count felony indictments including multiple Felony 2 sex trafficking in addition to pandering, house of prostitution etc etc.  

He eventually will probably be given a "Donald Advisement" of up to 50-100 years in prison if he doesn't take a plea.

Arraignment is tomorrow 5/10.  My guess is bond will be set somewhere between 100K to $1m, especially for the felony 2 sex trafficking indictment.   He has a good private attorney (expensive I bet). a problem may be all assets may have been frozen.  At arraignment will probably just plead not guilty and bond will be set.  

Women doesn't have an attorney of record yet and no judge has yet been assigned.  

First Prelim is 6/28

From watching many cases there will probably be the usual blizzard of motions which are just procedural.  Unless he takes an early plea, nothing significant will probably happen for 6-12 months and if goes to trial that could take 1-3 years

So they are On Recognizance now and then when they have the new intervening indictment arraignment they are going to raise their bail to $1,000,000?
