Her pics are completely down from 411. Anyone have the scoop?  Is she still with HIPS, anyone have any contact info? God, she was good. One of the best, in Phx anyway.
Does anyone else notice that HIPS burns through the talent they do have?  Maybe it's just me..

Agency providers tend to the nomadic-they move from agency to agency and back again, become independent and sometimes disappear entirely, only to reappear.

Turnover is huge moreso when one essentially "works for" someone else.

Entrepreneurs tend to be more settled, building their own personal business, whereas contract players often migrate where conditions are most favorable to them.

Don't know if that aspect of providing can be laid at any one agency's doorstep-nature of the job really.

That's why it's important to enjoy a favorite lady's special qualities as often as one can while one can. You never know when it's gone forever.

Anyone know why she left hips?

To be completely discreet, she was not working out with times and reliability. I gave her every opportunity and finally had to wish her the best, and let her go on to her own endeavors.

I wish her well and she is on CL as posted before.
