Which one is it so hobbyists can avoid her?

Why avoid her other than some kooky conspiracy theory.  I respect confidentiality and do not disclose names unless she wants me to.  

Well obviously they were doing spot checks on her for the next year and as well for the past five years, and your own post indicates her clients/hobbyists were being tracked also.   A burn notice should be issued against her.  

She is not placing ads which were the only reason they were attracted to her.  She will not be being doing local ads, has a strong client base and travels to other cities not in the jurisdiction of where she was convicted of no establishment license and paid the fine - not criminal but civil only.
