Sedona is lumped in with Flagstaff on BP and most sites. There has only been 1 TER review ever written for Sedona.  Sedona was also the other city that had the Goddess Temple sting.  

Check out Jerome too.  Nice little old mining town on the side of a hill, about 20 miles from Sedona.  Lots of artsy shops, little bar with music on weekends, and a couple of great restaurants.  If you are looking to meet up with hobbyists, you may want to post an ad on the ad board here on TER if you haven't already done so.  There have been a couple of stings in Yavapai County this past year so I wouldn't use the other boards.

 Really excited to visit Sedona for the first time, though finding info about the hobby scene is like a needle in a haystack! It will be a personal trip, might take a Tantra workshop and if the stars align, meet a new friend or two.  
   
 Any suggestions, guidance would be much appreciated, even for touristy things to do. PMs are fine too.
